Day circle
Day circle is for children aged 4–6 and their instructors. Songs, games and crafts provide a framework for day circle, and the key content is a short Bible lesson.
Sunday school
Sunday school lessons are based on Bible stories and also include songs and prayers. Sunday school students are 3 to 11 years old.
Bible class
In Bible class children and adolescents together with their instructors pause to study the Bible. After the teaching session, the evening may continue with games, singing and social conversation. It is important that the instructors treat each student as an individual and strengthen their faith.
Youth Friday
Youth Friday is a new type of youth work aimed at the post-confirmation age group. It has been jointly tested by SRK and some local organizations. The plan is to include it as part of the regular local youth work. SRK will produce material and arrange education to help implement this type of work.
Youth Friday is meant to enhance togetherness through joint activities and games. This will hopefully also make the young people committed to their home congregation. The evening also includes a discussion of a spiritual topic that arises from the young people’s own life. The purpose of the spiritual and other discussions is to encourage the students to read the Bible.
